Job Description
Role Purpose:
To ensure smooth fueling operations, excellent customer service, and safe handling of all forecourt activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with fueling and provide prompt, polite service
Follow all HSSE standards and site operating procedures
Maintain forecourt cleanliness and housekeeping
Handle cash/card transactions accurately
Promote Shell fuels, lubricants, and add-on services
Report equipment issues, incidents, or hazards immediately
Support shift supervisor in daily operations
Requirements:
10th/12th pass (preferred)
Good communication & customer service skills
Ability to stand for long hours
Honest, disciplined, and team-oriented
