Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad

Experience: 6 months – 5+ years

Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm with valid State Pharmacy Council Registration

Department: Retail Pharmacy (B&M)

• Key Responsibilities:Dispense medicines accurately against prescriptions.
• Provide correct information regarding dosage, usage, and side effects of medicines.
• Ensure 100% compliance with pharmacy laws and company SOPs.
• Maintain stock accuracy, check expiry, and ensure proper storage of medicines.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service in-store and via digital platforms.
• Support home delivery, billing, and omnichannel order management.
• Maintain hygiene and display standards as per guidelines.
• What We’re Looking For:Diploma or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy.
• 6 months–5+ years of retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of medicines and prescription handling.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ethical, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
