Pharmacy Assistant

Oversee day-to-day sales and operational activities of the pharmacy shop.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispensing of medicines in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or expiries.

Supervise pharmacy staff and ensure adherence to Sales.

Address customer queries and provide appropriate guidance on medication usage.

Monitor and ensure compliance with monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.

Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers for timely delivery and replenishment of medicines.

Maintain documentation and records as per statutory and company requirements.

Prior work experience with leading pharmacy chains such as Apollo, MedPlus (excluding Aster) in a similar managerial role.
