Experience in blood drawing, sample collection for adults and kids is compulsory

Full time, should be flexible with timings and home collection

Previous experience in lab blood sample collection is must in a clinic or hospital or individual lab

Criteria:

Phlebotomy confidence and hygiene

Sample labeling accuracy (zero tolerance for mistakes)

SOP discipline

Patient-friendly approach (fearful patients)

Punctuality (morning collection discipline)

Proper certification/experience (as applicable)
