POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking DMLT-qualified Phlebotomists with 1–2 years of experience in diagnostic or pathology laboratories. This role involves patient blood collection, accurate sample handling, and strict adherence to laboratory SOPs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform venipuncture and blood sample collection with high accuracy

• Ensure correct tube selection (EDTA, Serum, Heparin, ACD, etc.)

• Proper labeling, packing, and safe handover of samples

• Capture complete and accurate patient and test details

• Maintain infection control and safety standards

• Coordinate with logistics and central lab teams for timely dispatch

• Ensure patient comfort, confidentiality, and professional conduct

ELIGIBILITY

• DMLT qualification (mandatory)

• 1–3 years experience as Phlebotomist / Lab Technician

• Prior experience in diagnostic/pathology labs preferred

• Good communication and patient-handling skills
