Job Description

  • Design & Production3D Modeling: Create detailed, accurate, and visually appealing 3D models of characters, props, environments, or products based on concept art, blueprints, or client specifications.
  • Texturing and Shading: Apply textures, materials, and shaders to models to achieve realistic or stylized surface appearances (e.g., metal, wood, skin, fabric).
  • Lighting and Rendering: Set up virtual lighting rigs, cameras, and rendering parameters to produce high-quality, final still images or animation sequences.
  • Technical & OptimizationOptimization: Ensure 3D assets are optimized for their intended platform (e.g., real-time performance in a game engine, or high-resolution for film).
  • Animation and VFX (Optional): Develop and implement 3D animations, motion graphics, or visual effects (VFX) as required by the project.
  • Collaboration & Professional DevelopmentCollaboration: Work closely with a cross-functional team, including Art Directors, Animators, Engineers, Architects, and clients, to align designs with the overall creative vision and project requirements.
  • Review and Iteration: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and iterate on designs throughout the development process.
  • Research & Trends: Stay current with the latest industry trends, software, and technological advancements in 3D design and visualization.
