Pick Up Executive

Must have two wheeler for pickup. we will provide petrol allowence.

The Pickup Executive & Packing Courier is responsible for collecting shipments from customers, ensuring proper packing, and delivering them safely to the designated courier hub or destination. The role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and responsible handling of parcels.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up parcels, documents, or shipments from customers or vendors on time
• Pack items securely according to company and courier safety standards
• Verify shipment details such as address, contact number, and contents
• Label, scan, and record parcels accurately
• Deliver packed shipments to the courier office, warehouse, or customer
• Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage or loss
• Collect signatures, proof of pickup/delivery, or payments if required
• Maintain daily pickup and delivery records
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and delivery routes
• Communicate clearly with customers and supervisors regarding delays or issues
