Picker / Packer

🔹 Job Role:

A Picker is responsible for locating and collecting customer-ordered products from shelves in the warehouse.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Receive picking list from system (scanner device)

Locate items in warehouse racks

Scan items using handheld scanner

Ensure correct quantity and product

Place items in totes for packing

Maintain speed and accuracy targets

Follow safety rules

🔹 Skills Required:

Basic reading and understanding

Ability to use scanner device

Physically fit (standing/walking 8–10 hours)

Attention to detail

🔹 Qualification:

10th / 12th pass (minimum)

No experience required (freshers can apply)
