Role: Picking & Packing
Eligibility:
Age: 18–34
Education: 0–10th, 12th, Diploma, ITI, Graduates
Language: Must read/write English
Freshers & Experienced welcome
Shifts: 8-hour rotational (day/night)
Working Days: 26 days/month
Location: All over Bangalore
Salary: ₹19,671 – ₹21,961 Fixed CTC/Month
Incentives:
✅ Roaster Adherence Bonus: ₹1,000
✅ Leave Bonus: ₹1,134
✅ Leaderboard Incentive: ₹1,200–₹3,500 per month
