Picker / Packer

*Pick items as per order list using handheld scanners or order sheets.

*Verify product codes, quantities, and quality before packing.

*Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.

*Label and seal packages accurately as per dispatch requirements.

*Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

*Support inbound/outbound operations (loading/unloading, sorting, stacking).

*Follow all safety, hygiene, and company compliance protocols.

*Report any stock discrepancies or damages to the supervisor immediately.

*Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

*Warehouse-based role with standing, lifting, and moving goods.

*Requires adherence to safety gear (shoes, gloves, uniform, etc.).

*Rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per business requirements.
