Picker / Packer

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and physically fit Warehouse Picker to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch. The role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and error-free deliveries.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick items from warehouse shelves as per pick list / system orders
• Verify product details (SKU, size, quantity, condition) before packing
• Pack items securely and label shipments correctly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the picking area
• Follow FIFO and inventory handling guidelines
• Assist in stock counting and cycle audits when required
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately
• Meet daily picking targets while maintaining accuracy
• Follow warehouse safety and operational SOPs
• Requirements & SkillsBasic reading and counting skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages for long hours
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of inventory or barcode scanning (preferred)
• Willingness to work in shifts / weekends if required
• Team player with a positive attitude
