Job Description
A. Shopper (Picker)
- Pick items from store/warehouse as per customer orders.
- Ensure correct quantity and quality of products.
- Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and product handling guidelines.
- Maintain speed and accuracy while picking.
B. Packer
- Pack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
- Verify items before packing as per order list.
- Label packages correctly.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
C. Delivery Associate
- Deliver orders to customers within the assigned time.
- Handle cash/online payment collections if required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during delivery.
- Follow delivery routes efficiently
