Job Summary The Picker/Packer will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing items securely, and ensuring all products are prepared for shipment according to company standards. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick items from shelves or storage areas based on order sheets or handheld scanners.
• Pack products securely following company packing standards.
• Label and prepare orders for dispatch/shipping.
• Verify accuracy of orders before packing and shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, trolleys, or scanners (if required).
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
