📦 Job Description: Picker & Packer – Blinkit StorePosition OverviewWe are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Pickers & Packers to join our Blinkit store team. The role involves accurately picking items from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for timely delivery to customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick items from shelves based on customer orders using handheld devices/scanners.
• Ensure accuracy in item selection, quantity, and quality.
• Pack products securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Label and organize packages for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage and packing area.
• Assist in stock management, replenishment, and inventory checks.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.
• Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and basic communication skills.
• Physically fit to lift, move, and pack items.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
