Picker / Packer

We are seeking a Pick & Pack / E-commerce Operations Executive to handle order processing, packing, dispatch, inventory management, and daily operational support for multiple e-commerce platforms. The role requires attention to detail, system handling skills, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Check and process daily online orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, IndianSlingshot.com, IndoArchery.com, and other e-commerce platforms.
2. Generate orders from seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Website) and print shipping labels and invoices.
3. Pick products accurately and verify SKU, quantity, and product condition before packing.
4. Perform labeling, barcode printing, and packing using appropriate packaging materials.
5. Ensure timely dispatch and hand over shipments to courier pickup partners.
6. Follow platform-specific packing and dispatch guidelines to avoid errors, RTOs, or penalties.
7. Update daily sales and returns reports in Excel and share them with the manager daily.
8. Maintain inventory records including stock in/out, SKU arrangement, and stock balance.
9. Conduct daily stock checks and assist with periodic stock audits.
10. Handle sales returns, including sorting, entry, quality checks, and reporting damaged or fraud returns.
11. Manage individual and bulk product listings when required.
12. Assist with imported product handling, purchase orders, quality checks, and SKU setup.
13. Respond to basic customer queries related to orders, dispatch, or returns.
14. Support inter-branch orders and stock transfers.
15. Provide operational support to the Manager and Directors, including reports and daily execution tasks.
16. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing and storage area.
17. Report damaged, missing, or mismatched stock immediately.
18. Coordinate with internal teams, branch staff, and courier partners for smooth operations.
19. Support high-volume sales periods and festival order processing.
20. Follow company SOPs, accuracy standards, and safety guidelines at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

• Ability to handle computer systems, including Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Good English reading and writing skills required
• Hindi language is most preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and printers
• Experience with Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho seller panels is preferred
• Good communication skills
• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
