Picker / Packer

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Pickers and Packers to join our growing team. The role involves handling and preparing goods for dispatch with accuracy and efficiency. As a Picker, you will be responsible for locating, selecting, and collecting items from inventory based on customer or company orders. As a Packer, you will carefully check, pack, and label items to ensure they are ready for safe and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from inventory as per order list.
• Safely pack and label goods for shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage area.
• Follow company safety standards and quality guidelines.
• Support stock management and inventory checks.
• Work in coordination with the warehouse team to meet targets.

Requirements:

• Age between 18 to 35 years.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (mandatory).
• Basic reading and counting skills.
• Physically fit to handle goods and stand for long durations.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
