Picker & Packer — Job Role Overview🧑‍🌾 Role PurposeA Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and preparing them for shipment so orders are delivered correctly, on time, and in good condition.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities✅ Order PickingReceive daily picking lists or digital instructions.
• Navigate the warehouse to locate items accurately.
• Select the right products in the right quantity.
• Scan items (if applicable) to confirm correct picking.
• 📤 Packing & PreparationPack items securely to avoid damage during transit.
• Label and organize items in adherence to packing standards.
• Consolidate multiple orders properly.
• Ensure fragile, heavy, or special temperature items are packed accordingly.
• 📍 Quality & AccuracyVerify picked items against order sheets.
• Check product expiry dates and quality before packing.
