Job Description
Client - Swiggy instamart
Designation - Pickers, loaders, Asm
Salaries:
Pickers- 16000 in hand +attendance bonus and incentives (benefit of pf and ESI) totally they can earn upto 22000
Loaders - 16000 ( everything same as picker salary)
Asm - 24000 in hand
Timings:
Pickers - 7am to 4pm or 4pm to 1am (rotational shift)
Loaders - 11pm to 8am (night shift)
Asm - depends
They can take weekly offs
Working days counts from 24th to 24th
Salary date - 5th (in worst cases they will get by 7th)
Documents needed - aadhar card, pan card and passbook front page
For picker basic English knowledge is required.
