Key Job Data & Requirements
Role: Picker / Packer / Warehouse Associate
Locations: Multiple hubs in Bangalore (CV Raman Nagar, , Whitefield, Kadugodi, JP Nagar, Hebbal, Indiranagar, Bellandur ,Entire Banglore etc.
Salary Structure: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000+ per month (Fixed + Incentives).
Typical Incentives: ₹1,000 Attendance Bonus + ₹2000Performance Bonus (reported in some locations).
Experience: 0 - 6 months (Freshers).
Working Hours: 8-9 hours per day, 6 days a week, with rotating shifts (6 AM-3 PM, 2 PM-11 PM, 10 PM-7 AM).
Key Responsibilities: Order picking, inventory management, packing, and scanning.
