Job Title: Picker
Department: Warehouse / Distribution
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret order sheets or handheld scanner instructions
- Locate products in the warehouse using location codes
- Pick items accurately and in the correct quantities
- Place picked items in totes, bins, or carts for packing
- Inspect items for damage or defects
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in picking areas
- Follow safety regulations and company procedures
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
