Planning Cum QS

Quantity Surveying Duties:

• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and specifications.
• Conduct cost estimation and tendering process for construction projects.
• Analyze and evaluate subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor project costs and track variations or claims.
• Manage interim and final payments to subcontractors.
• Conduct site measurement and verification.
• Prepare cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in contract administration and documentation.

.Planning Duties:

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
• Identify potential delays and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
•  Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Conduct delay analysis and support claims preparation when necessary.
• Integrate cost and schedule data for effective project control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and project planning.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal guidelines.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experienced in working in MIVAN structure projects.
• More Exposure and experience working for Residential high rise projects.
