Planning Engineer

Prepare project schedules

Develop baseline schedule, WBS, and timelines for civil projects

Basic Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

Monitor site progress (daily/weekly/monthly)

Support billing processes by verifying measurements with CAD

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and consultants

Track material requirements, manpower, and equipment usage

Identify delays and provide recovery plans

Prepare progress reports, MIS reports, and dashboards

Ensure project execution as per approved timelines and budget

Support billing team with work progress data

Conduct site visits for progress verification

Coordinate 3D design development between Civil and Marketing teams.

Knowledge of construction planning & project management

Strong understanding of civil works (RCC, finishing, structural work)

Good analytical and coordination skills

Ability to handle multiple projects
