Job DescriptionSS Polymers is looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to manage day-to-day plant operations. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring quality control, and maintaining smooth workflow across the manufacturing unit.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities and ensure targets are met
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards
• Manage and coordinate shop-floor workers
• Ensure proper use of machinery and equipment
• Maintain production records and reports
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance on the shop floor
• Coordinate with management for production planning and improvements
• Eligibility CriteriaAge: 25 – 45 years
• Gender: Male
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Plant / Production Supervisor
• Language: Basic English required
