Job Title: POP Plastering Mason

Reports to: Site Supervisor/Project Manager

Location: Construction Site @ Banglore

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced POP Plastering Mason to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in applying Plaster of Paris finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Apply POP to surfaces, ensuring smooth finishes

2. Prepare surfaces for POP application (cleaning, leveling)

3. Mix and apply POP compounds (cornice, ceiling, wall finishes)

4. Install gypsum boards, cornices, and other decorative elements

5. Ensure uniform thickness and finish quality

6. Repair damaged or uneven surfaces

7. Collaborate with other trades (electricians, plumbers, carpenters)

8. Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in POP plastering

- Knowledge of construction safety protocols

- Physical stamina for manual labor

- Ability to work at heights

- Valid ID and labor card (if applicable)
