Job Description
We require experienced professionals for metal plumbing works including supply, installation, and testing of GI/MS pipes and fittings. Scope includes:
- Cutting, threading, welding, and installation of GI/MS pipes (IS:1239 / IS:3589 standards)
- Installation of elbows, tees, reducers, couplers, unions, flanges, and valves (ball valves, NRV)
- Supports and fasteners (brackets, U‑bolts, clamps, hangers) with anti‑corrosion coating
- Consumables (Teflon tape, sealants, gaskets, bolts, nuts, washers)
- Insulation: 1 meter per elbow, 2 meters per valve
- Hydrostatic pressure testing and commissioning
- Requirements:Skilled labour with prior experience in metal plumbing projects
- Knowledge of IS standards and site safety practices
