Role Overview

The Primary Learning Designer bridges early childhood education with structured academic learning while preserving curiosity and creativity.

Key ResponsibilitiesInquiry-Based Learning·        

Deliver lessons through exploration

and inquiry-based methods.·        

Encourage students to think and

respond through guided questioning.·        

Focus on building understanding

rather than rote memorization. 

Child Development Monitoring·        

Monitor children’s progress through regular

observation.·        

Record developmental milestones in a structured

manner.Align progress with the DHI Child Growth Framework

Qualification

·        Diploma or Certification in Montessori / ECCED / Early Childhood Education

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (preferred)

·        1–3 years of experience in pre-nursery or early childhood education (fresher’s with strong passion may apply)
