Pre-Primary Teacher

The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. The teacher will plan and conduct age-appropriate activities that support early learning, creativity, and overall development. Responsibilities include managing classroom routines, maintaining discipline, and ensuring the safety and well-being of every child. The teacher should observe children’s progress, maintain daily reports, and communicate regularly with parents regarding development and classroom activities. The role also requires working collaboratively with support staff, participating in school events, and following all operational and safety guidelines of Footprints Preschool & Daycare. The teacher should encourage curiosity, confidence, and positive social behavior while helping children build a strong foundation for future learning.
