Pre-Primary Teacher

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and patient Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Bangalore. The teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 2–5 years, supporting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play-based learning
• Foster a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Encourage social skills, independence, and positive behavior
• Observe and assess children’s development and maintain progress records
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and concerns
• Maintain classroom cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Organize learning materials, displays, and activity areas
• Participate in school events, trainings, and staff meetings
• Ensure child safety at all times, following school policies

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, NTT, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline)
• Fluency in English (knowledge of Kannada and/or Hindi is an advantage)

Experience

• 0–3 years of experience in a preschool or daycare environment
