• Position: Kindergarten AssociateTeacher ( PP1 / PP2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for young learners.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans based on play-way and activity-based learning.
• Focus on foundational skills: phonics, numeracy, motor skills, and social development.
• Conduct fun activities such as storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and games.
• Monitor and record each child’s progress and development.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding child’s growth.
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and discipline in a positive manner.
• Organize events, celebrations, and classroom displays.

Required Skills:

• Strong patience and passion for working with young children.
• Creativity and energetic teaching approach.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic classroom management skills.
• Qualifications:Graduation (mandatory)
• Montessori / NTT / ECCEd certification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons aligned with the curriculum.

• Prepare students for academic excellence, including board exams.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and assessments.
• Conduct regular tests, assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain discipline and create a focused learning environment.
• Provide doubt-clearing sessions and remedial support where needed.
• Track student progress and communicate updates to parents.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs.
