Job Description
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in real estate or customer-facing roles. The candidate will handle lead calls, qualify prospects, share project details, and coordinate site visits for our apartment and residential plot projects.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound/outbound calls and qualify leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, and highlight USPs.
- Maintain lead reports and CRM/Excel tracking.
- Follow up consistently and schedule site visits.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client handovers.
- Requirements1–3 years of experience (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication in English, Kannada (Hindi added advantage).
- Good follow-up discipline and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business).
Work Details
- Location: Seshadripuram, Bangalore
- Work Days: Monday to Sunday (strict no weekly offs on Saturday/Sunday; weekday off only)
- Timings: 10 AM – 6:30 PM
- Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
