Job Description
CRM RepresentativeJob Summary:Responsible for lead generation, prospect qualification, and scheduling demo appointments to support sales teams across India.
- Key Responsibilities:Cold calling and lead generation
- Qualify prospects and understand customer requirements
- Schedule demo appointments for sales team
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain and update prospect database
- Support event calling and registrations
- Assist with reports, data management, and quotations
- Achieve lead and opportunity targets
- Requirements:Good communication skills
- Experience in inside sales/telecalling preferred
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
