Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to support the sales team by understanding customer needs, preparing proposals, and helping position our products and services effectively. This role bridges sales and technical teams and plays a key part in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team during the pre-sales process by gathering and analyzing customer requirements
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and solution overviews
  • Assist in creating proposals, quotations, RFP/RFI responses, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate with technical, product, and operations teams to design appropriate solutions
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities, and documentation in CRM systems
  • Address basic customer questions and provide clarifications prior to sale
  • Support proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects when required

Qualifications & Skills

  • plus 2 in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with sales or technical teams
  • Familiarity with proposal writing and sales processes
  • Industry knowledge relevant to the company’s products or services
