Pre Sales Consultant

Role Summary:

The Pre-Sales Consultant will support the sales team by understanding client requirements, preparing solution proposals, creating presentations, and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and internal teams. The role focuses on converting leads into qualified opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client needs, requirements, and pain points through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and product demonstrations.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead conversion.
• Conduct basic research on industry trends, competitors, and customer insights.
• Maintain CRM records, update lead status, and track progress.
• Coordinate with internal technical/operations teams to create accurate solutions.
• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and client documentation.
• Participate in prospect follow-ups, demos, and sales discussions.
• Support content creation for pre-sales materials, brochures, and case studies.
• Ensure timely communication and a smooth pre-sales process for clients.
• Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes and customer behaviour.
• Ability to research, analyse, and prepare structured documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is an added advantage.
• Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Preferred BackgroundExperience in pre-sales, business development support, or client coordination.
• Knowledge of IT, consulting, franchising, SaaS, or retail sectors (preferred but not mandatory).
