Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive (Telecaller)

Company: Nivashan Infra Private Limited

Location: Sahakar Nagar, Bangalore

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Job Summary: Nivashan Infra Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Pre-Sales Executives (Telecallers) to support our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining project details, generating and qualifying leads, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. Candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are encouraged to apply.

OR

Minimum 12th Pass with good communication skills

Mandatory Skills· Basic English communication

· Kannada language (Mandatory)

· Strong verbal communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities· Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads or databases

· Explain project details and key benefits to prospective clients

· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

· Schedule site visits for interested customers

· Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients through calls and messages

· Update lead information and call status in CRM or lead tracking system

· Coordinate with the sales team for visit confirmations and appointments

· Maintain daily calling reports and lead status updates

· Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients
