CentAI is a full-stack preventive diagnostics company focused on early detection before symptoms. Our

multimodal AI platform combines 100+ blood and urine biomarkers, full-body MRI, ultra-low dose CT,

DEXA, and ECG to detect 200+ conditions, including cancers, cardiovascular, metabolic, and

neurological diseases. We are building the gold standard in detection accuracy, trust, and technology

for India.

Role Overview

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will be the first human interface between CentAI and potential

customers. You will educate, advise, and guide individuals and families on the importance of early

detection and preventive diagnostics. This is a consultative, high-involvement sales process, not

transactional selling. Your role is to deeply understand customer needs, explain complex medical and

technical offerings in simple language, handle objections, and convert high-value leads into paying

customers.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing, partnerships, and referrals.

● Conduct detailed consultative conversations to understand customer health goals, risks, and motivations.

● Educate customers on CentAI’s offering, technology, and unique advantages over traditional health checks.

● Address queries, comparisons, and concerns transparently — build trust through knowledge and empathy.

● Convert leads into bookings while maintaining integrity, compliance, and brand tone.

● Collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and marketing teams to continuously refine scripts, FAQs, and objection handling.

● Maintain CRM hygiene and track conversion metrics with discipline.

● Share structured feedback from customer interactions to improve product-market fit.

Ideal Background

● 1–4 years of experience in consultative sales of high-ticket products or services (preferred categories: real estate, edtech, fintech, healthtech, automotive, insurance).

● Proven track record of high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

● Excellent communication and ability to simplify complex ideas.

● Comfortable discussing high-value purchases with affluent and discerning customers.

● Tech-savvy, curious, and able to grasp scientific and AI-driven products quickly.
