Job Description:

Join Nextceiling as an Inside Sales Representative! You’ll make calls to schedule high-quality leads,

understand customer needs, provide solutions, and follow up to drive sales. Your role is key in

converting leads and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schedule high-quality leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and document details in CRM.
• Manage a high volume of calls and meet personal and team targets.
• Schedule Experience Center visits and make reminder calls for appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and customer feedback.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

• PUC or higher.
• Experience in a call center is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused with good multitasking abilities.
