Pre Sales Executive/ Tele Callers

We are looking for a effective pre sale executive/tele caller for our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients in a professional and timely manner

• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property options

• Generate, qualify, and manage sales leads effectively

• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system

• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team

• Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and ensure conversions

• Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and availability

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners for smooth operations

• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all activities
