Make outgoing calls to prospective customers and follow up to finalise the sale.

All the enquiries generated through various sources should be recorded in the enquiry sheet with Name of the client, Mob number & email id and to be maintained properly with the enquiry number, date & Project interested.

Should understand the client’s requirements and explain the project details and arrange for a Site visit.

Should convince the customer on phone and explain the project features and amenities.

Should send a detailed report on the client requirement details as wells the Site visits to his superior on a day to day basis.
