Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales team. The role involves managing lead generation, handling customer interactions, driving site visits, and ensuring a seamless conversion pipeline. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies in real estate.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the pre-sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and nurturing of prospects to convert them into site visits
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion ratios
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
  • Engage with potential clients to understand requirements and explain project offerings clearly
  • Work closely with marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation goals
  • Ensure excellent customer experience from first interaction to site visit


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer relationship management (preferably in real estate)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
  • Ability to handle high-pressure targets and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Experience:

  • 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales or sales
  • Minimum 1–2 years in a team handling or managerial role preferred
