Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Pre-Sales Manager to lead our pre-sales team. The role involves managing lead generation, handling customer interactions, driving site visits, and ensuring a seamless conversion pipeline. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies in real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the pre-sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Ensure timely follow-ups and nurturing of prospects to convert them into site visits
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead conversion ratios
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data tracking and reporting
- Engage with potential clients to understand requirements and explain project offerings clearly
- Work closely with marketing team to align campaigns with lead generation goals
- Ensure excellent customer experience from first interaction to site visit
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or customer relationship management (preferably in real estate)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Ability to handle high-pressure targets and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience in pre-sales or sales
- Minimum 1–2 years in a team handling or managerial role preferred
