Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property enquiries.

Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and amenities to prospective customers.

Generate, screen, and qualify sales leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.

Understand customer requirements and forward qualified leads to sales managers.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Ensure regular follow-ups with prospects to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates.

Maintain and update customer and lead data accurately in the CRM.

Achieve daily call targets, lead qualification targets, and site visit targets.

Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.

Prepare basic daily and weekly reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
