Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role

Seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to

join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer

inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by coordinating

customer interactions and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage customer inquiries related to ongoing and upcoming projects.

 Generate and qualify leads from various sources.

 Explain project details, pricing, and features to potential customers.

 Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested prospects.

 Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer interaction details.

 Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure engagement.

 Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and customer experience.

Requirements

 Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or customer engagement roles

(preferred).

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proficiency in English.

 Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools.

 Target-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
