Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives • Drive sales for plotted developments and residential projects • Plan and execute daily calling, follow-ups, and site visit schedules • Ensure maximum conversion of leads into bookings • Handle high-value clients and assist the team in closing deals • Coordinate and manage site visits, customer walkthroughs, and negotiations • Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs • Train the team on project details, pricing, legal documents, and closing techniques • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management • Maintain CRM records, lead tracking, and customer data • Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong experience in real estate sales (plots / villas / residential projects) • Proven team-handling and leadership skills • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities • Strong understanding of real estate documentation (Khata, approvals, registration process, etc.) • Target-driven and result-oriented approach • Ability to manage site operations and customer expectations • Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting Experience • 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales • Minimum 1–2 years as a Team Leader / Senior Sales role
