Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Presales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the sales process by providing technical and domain expertise, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring alignment between customer needs and our solutions.
- Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and solution documents.
- Work closely with product, technical, and implementation teams to develop feasible and competitive offerings.
- Participate in client meetings to provide presales support and technical clarifications.
- Assist in creating sales enablement tools such as case studies, presentations, and whitepapers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product advancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and presales activities.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a presales or sales support role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client business challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales documentation practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in IT solutions, business services, or real estate technology (depending on your company’s domain).
- Technical background or certifications relevant to your product portfolio.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
