Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to drive lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in prospecting potential customers, understanding their business needs, and positioning our solutions effectively to help close deals.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and research potential customers through various channels (LinkedIn, databases, cold calls, emails, social media, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients based on target market segments.
  • Develop strategies to attract and engage potential leads.
  • 2. Lead QualificationEvaluate leads based on predefined criteria (budget, need, timeline, and decision-making power).
  • Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their pain points and business requirements.
  • Maintain a structured process to qualify and categorize leads for the sales team.
  • 3. Appointment Generation & EngagementSchedule meetings, demos, and consultations with key decision-makers for the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential clients to ensure engagement and maintain interest.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
  • 4. Sales Support & Proposal DevelopmentAssist in creating compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Provide insights on market trends and customer needs to enhance sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • 5. Deal Closing & HandoverSupport the sales team in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales executives.
  • Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions and status.
  • Skills & QualificationsExperience: 1-3 years in pre-sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and B2B/B2C sales processes.
