We're hiring Pre-Sales Specialists with minimum 3 months to 2 years of experience who have exceptional communication skills and can be the professional, confident voice of our brand.
πΌ Position Overview
Role: Pre-Sales Specialist
Experience Required: 3 months β 2 years
Salary: βΉ18,000 β βΉ25,000/month (based on experience & interview) + Performance Incentives
Location: HSR Layout Sector 6, Bangalore
Positions: 3 Full-Time Openings
π― Who We're Looking For
We need articulate, persuasive communicators who will be the first voice our clients hear β and the reason they choose us!
β Must-Have Requirements:
1. Communication Excellence (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Exceptional spoken English β fluent, clear, professional articulation
- Confident phone presence with excellent voice modulation
- Strong listening skills & ability to ask the right questions
- Professional email & chat communication
- Proficiency in Hindi / Kannada
2. Experience Background
- 3 months β 2 years in Pre-Sales, Tele-Calling, Cold-Calling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation
- Any industry accepted (Real Estate, EdTech, SaaS, E-commerce, BFSI, etc.)
- Internships with proven calling experience count!
3. Location Requirement
- Must be able to conveniently commute to HSR Layout Sector 6
- We're looking for candidates who live nearby or can easily travel daily.
π Preferred (Added Advantage):
- π Interior Design Domain Experience β Candidates with prior exposure to interior design, architecture, home dΓ©cor, modular kitchens, furniture, or home improvement industries will have a significant edge
- Previous experience in consultative sales or B2C industries
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Google Sheets)
- Understanding of interior design terminology (modular solutions, false ceilings, flooring, colour palettes, etc.)
- Track record of meeting call/booking targets.
π Your Role & Responsibilities
As our Pre-Sales Specialist, you'll:
1. Proactive Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Handle inbound calls, emails & chat inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Make outbound calls to potential clients daily to build pipeline.
- Reach out to leads from our database, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Create an exceptional first impression that reflects our premium brand
2. Qualify & Nurture Leads
- Ask intelligent qualifying questions (budget, timeline, project scope, style preferences)
- Identify high-potential opportunities from general inquiries
- Build rapport and trust through consultative conversation
- Follow-up with prospects and Nurture Leads to drive meetings with the team.
3. Schedule Design Consultations
- Book qualified appointments for our Design Team
- Manage calendars, send reminders & confirmations
- Ensure zero no-shows through effective follow-up
4. Drive Conversions
- Generate excitement about our design solutions
- Handle initial objections with provided scripts
- Achieve daily/weekly call volume & booking targets
5. Maintain Data Accuracy
- Log all interactions in CRM
- Update lead status & maintain clean databases
- Provide feedback to improve conversion processes
