Role Overview:


We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Source potential clients through online platforms, cold calling, and database management.

Initial Client Engagement: Contact and qualify leads to understand their property requirements.

Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings and site visits for the Sales Executives.

Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture leads.

Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitive projects, and market insights.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and client interactions.

Requirements:


0-2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or inside sales (Real estate experience preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle high-volume calls and emails.

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on lead conversion.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Fluency in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus).
