Job Description
Role Overview
The Presales Executive is the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for engaging leads, nurturing relationships, presenting project details, and driving prospects to schedule site visits. This role plays a critical part in converting marketing inquiries into qualified leads for the sales team by ensuring timely response, accurate lead qualification, objection handling, and effective coordination with presales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Response Management
· Respond to all incoming leads within 10 minutes.
· Capture lead details accurately and initiate conversations promptly.
Project Presentation
· Present project features, pricing, and advantages to prospects in a clear and structured manner.
· Customize presentations based on customer profile and preferences.
Customer Follow-up & Nurturing
· Maintain consistent follow-up schedules to keep leads engaged.
· Build rapport and trust through professional communication.
Site Visit Conversion
· Convince prospects to visit project sites and coordinate logistics as needed.
· Ensure seamless handover to site teams for visit experience.
Lead Qualification
· Assess lead readiness using defined checklists and qualification criteria.
· Pass only sales-ready leads to Sales team.
Objection Handling
· Address customer concerns and hesitations with confidence.
· Use structured scripts and training to improve conversion success.
CRM & Reporting
· Update lead status, next follow-up date, and call outcomes daily.
· Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM records for active leads.
Team Coordination
· Work closely with Presales Head and peers to implement feedback.
· Support the team in achieving collective targets for site visits and lead conversions.
RequirementsExperience: 1–3 years in presales, tele-calling, customer engagement, or lead management (real estate))
Education: Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Any bachelor’s degree with strong communication and customer service orientation. Diploma in Customer Service / CRM tools is an added advantage.
