Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Presales/Telesales Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer interactions, qualify leads, and support the sales team in driving site visits and closures. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling ability, and a strong interest in the real estate industry.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead generation and qualification
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, portals, and references
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects
- Schedule site visits for prospective clients and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and site visit conversions
- Provide accurate information about projects, pricing, and offers
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead flow and closures
- Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of real estate sales cycle
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified leads
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Educational Qualification:Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- MBA (Marketing/Real Estate) is an added advantage
- Experience in real estate or BFSI sector is preferred
- Salary & Incentives:Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives

- 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
