Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects

Explain project details, pricing, location, and amenities to customers

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads

Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team

Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets

Follow up with customers to ensure proper conversion

Answer customer queries professionally and politely

Support the sales team to achieve monthly targets

Graduate / Any degree

Good communication skills (English & local language)

Basic knowledge of real estate is an added advantage

Ability to handle calls and follow-ups efficiently
