Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive to support the real estate sales team. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, generate leads, provide project information, and coordinate site visits to help convert prospects into buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property/project inquiries

Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and databases

Provide detailed information about real estate projects to potential customers

Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups with prospects

Work closely with the sales team to improve conversions

Track customer interactions and maintain lead status

Required Skills

Strong communication skills in English and Kannada

Good tele-calling and customer handling ability

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Target-oriented mindset

Eligibility

Minimum 2 years experience in real estate pre-sales or tele-calling (preferred)
